AI Literacy: Democracy and Social Media

The course aims to equip participants with the awareness and skills they need to critically assess the use of AI in democratic processes. Participants will explore the characteristics of AI systems, opportunities and risks for democracy, the importance of AI literacy, the use of AI in social media, as well as the objectives and requirements of the EU AI Act.
